Both the forms are 5257, main and optional document. What's the difference?? Can't open from portal, need to download. How to download different forms??

First of all, thanks for the video Rahul.! I am staying in Canada & Currently i am applying for my trv visa extension as my Canada work permit got extended recently.

I have couple of questions. My old passport got expired and i got my passport renewed recently here in Toronto and i have a new one now.
1) What do i fill under "country or territory of issue" in PASSPORT section ? Is it INDIA or CANADA?
2) What do i fill under passport number ? Do i need to give my old passport number or the new one from the renewed(new) passport?
3) Also while uploading passport as supporting document, do i need to upload both the passports (new one and old passport along with existing trv visa stamp on old passport) .

Hi, I have a question in the form 5257 in #7 current country of residence . In the dates to and from which dates we have to mention. I entered Canada in 2015 and i got my work permit on 2nd DEC 2016 till DEC 2019. But now i recently got my new work permit starting Feb 1 2020. So in (To) section which date i have to mention the entry date that is January 5, 2015 or the date of of starting of old work permit or the date of starting of new work permit

They said on top of the form if you need more space then attach an additional page however I am submitting it online so not sure about the additional page thing. What do u suggest I do?

Hello, Mr. Rahul, 1st of all very helpful video I must say. My situation is similar with one little twist. I am applying for my TRV and my wife's at the same time. (WE BOTH HAVE OPEN WORK PERMITS). During the questionnaire one of the questions is 'WHAT IS YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS IN CANADA?' And the answer is WORKER because she is a Open Work Permit Holder as I am. And the next question is 'WHAT DOES YOUR FAMILY MEMBER WANT TO DO IN CANADA?' Here is my confusion. The answer I chose is 'APPLY TO REMAIN IN CANADA AS A VISITOR'. But she is not a visitor, she has a worker status. But at the same time this seems to me the most appropriate answer as the other options are for applying/renewing your work/study permit. What do you think would be the right answer in this situation?? Thanks kindly.

My current situation is me and my wife got work permit extension till 2023 and she is right now in India and I am in Canada, BC.
I have got work permit extension till 2023 and I am planning to apply for TRV visa now so that i could have stamping while coming back from India to Canada may be in cotober.
My question is
1. Do i need to fill up separate forms for my wife since she is in India for TRV?
2. I can do stamping here in Canada right?
3. How can my wife will do stamping if she is in India?
