Hi Ujjwal, thank you for the informative video. I have a quick question for you. On page 4, Q. 2c. Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? You mentioned yes. But in the comment box, you again mentioned that "Yes I applied for PGWP to stay in Canada". My question now is, you applied earlier to come to Canada to study and not pgwp. So why did you select yes? Please clarify. Thank you once again for the video!

there is a problem in this video. One part is wrong in your video which is at 15:01 min. when you said we have to enter work permit issue and expiry date is wrong. In "INDICATE HOW LONG YOU PLAN TO STAY" line we can not add issue date of work permit it shows error. We have to add current date in that part which is wrong in your video. Thank you for your video. Thanks for such an informative video. However, you have skipped the past where one has to apply with their family. I got my PGWP. My wife came along with me when I was a student and she also got her SOWP. We are applying for TRV together. In the current application for TRV, there is a question" What does your family member want to do in Canada". All the option that is given is not valid. Can you kindly guide on this

For the question, do you want to submit an application for another family member, when selected ‘yes’ the reasons are not reflecting TRV, it’s more like extension for work permit etc…what you I do here? Should I submit 2 different applications? Please help. Thanks!

Also, do you think this is all the options that need to be considered or only any applicable one option that needs to be considered? Hi, I got my pgwp just ast week but only for 5 months due to passport expiry. I applied for extension as soon as I got my renewed passport which was received 2 days after I got my work permit. Can I apply for TRV meanwhile?? Or do I need to wait until I get my extended work permit? Please reply.

I got a digital photo from London drugs in Jan 2024. Do you think I can apply with the same digital photo or do I need to get a new one? Applied on 25 july 2023 (application filled was “made outside from canada” while I applied inside canada)
PPR on 31 july 2023
Passport sent on 31 july, and delivered to ottawa office on 2nd august,
I received passport back on 14-15 august with VISITOR stamp.
Little confused with VISITOR stamp, whether it’s right or not, as I am on PGWP.

• Holds a Work Permit for a job in National Occupation Classification 0, A, B;
• Holds a study permit and is a full-time student at a university, community college, CEGEP or other authorized educational institution;
• Holds a Temporary Resident Permit that is valid for six months or more;
• Applied for Permanent Residence to an office in Canada and was determined to be eligible for Permanent Resident status (first stage approval)
• is subject of a removal order that is unenforceable.
Should i choose option yes or no
As i am married and my husband came here on sowp and now on applied status of work permit.
