This action spin-off from Dynasty Warriors developer Omega Force replaces Persona 5's turn-based battles with a simple but consistently engaging real-time combat system, and its summer vacation story (while slimmed down) is a sequel nearly worthy of the '2' it lacks at the end of its title.

The Japanese trailer for this game showed off the logo as P5-2 before the S came in and knocked the 2 away. That seems pretty appropriate.

Fun fact that some people here might not know is that one of the original story ideas for Persona 5 would have involved you moving around and traveling to different places throughout the story.

It's cool to see that idea early in Persona 5's development survived in some form and ended up being implemented in Strikers.

I'm a diehard smt and persona fan and this game was a pleasant surprise. I was expecting the combat to take precedence over an intriguing story but so far it has melded the combat and story aspects beautifully. I was worried the story would be the backdrop to prioritize the combat and so far it's really well done. The integration of the all out attack, gun gameplay, etc has been seamlessly translated to a dynasty warriors action game.

Never played a Persona game before but i like how they make it easy for newcomers to get into it. Feels like this will be a 9/10 for a lot of people easily.
