The soundtrack never disappoints. The soundtrack throughout the entire Legend of Heroes series is seriously one of the all time best video game soundtracks I have ever listened to. Love this series with a passion. It’s most definitely in my top three favorite franchises in video games!!!

This sounds a lot like dancing mad from final fantasy 6. Which is quite fitting too considering the final boss.

Heard this during the first Moon Door trial in Trails in the Sky the 3rd. It made a simple fight much more epic than it should have been. :)

SPOILERS!!!

Weissmann was such a good antagonist. You litterally meet him in the prologue of the first game, and he becomes the last Boss of Trails in the Sky SC. He has his plans, and is just so evil, that I sometimes could not believe that he is such a piece of shit. Even for "evil" standards he is focking disgusting and not comparable to any of the Enforcers that showed up in Trails in the Sky. Atleast, they had some "good" left in them. They where still human. They had a soul and could be saved, or at least had their dignity. (Bleublanc for example always let his "prey" a chance to solve his riddles and did not steal things for their material worth, but for their beauty. Loewe, Walter, Lucciola and Renne where all broken people and not initially "evil". They only met the wrong people at their lowest point in life)

But Weissmann? He is damn Satan in disguise. There was no soul, no humanity....nothing. The way he litterally Mind-Raped Joshua over and over again just to statisfy himself by seeing Joshuas despair. And the way he just openly admited that, if he actually beats you, he will just continue to Mind-Rape Joshua again, like it's some hobby (What it probably even was...) makes him even more disgusting.

God! I love to hate this damn Bastard! And my god was it a good feeling to beat this piece of shit into the dirt and see him crumble to dust. He died without dignity, without mercy. Just fitting for someone without any humanity or a soul and who is toying around with people just for his amusement.

Funny, that he who loved seeing peoples despair, died alone in a dark place without any hope. His face carried this sweet despair he loved so much.

The events of the first two games, and arguably the entire series, can be boiled down to the following:

Christ, what an asshole.

This fight was extremely satisfying. I was furiously ready to pound his ass back to Gehenna—helps that it's a Takeshita theme.

Incredibly Emerson Lake and Palmer, my jaw was on the floor the first time I heard this

I heard this music before I played SC, and I honestly expected it to play during the last part of the final dungeon that leads up to the final boss. Sounded like that kind of theme. Fit really well for the battle, though! Definitely underrated.

I really love the part from 0:48 - 1:20. Don't know why but I get a zombie-kind of vibe from it. Which makes it all the more creepier. I love the return of this song in the TC, most notably the star doors with star guardians. Very tense and puts you on edge.

Honestly my biggest question about Weissmann is his relation with the grandmaster
He is this cunning manipulative, cruel, borderline heartless monster, rejoicing in every calamity or disaster he brings ibto this world
How does the quintessential villain follow somebody?
His personality would make you asume that he would betray ouroboros when he reaches the Aureole but he clearly states that his original plan was to give the septerrion to the grandmaster
There's a lot of unanswered questions about Ouroboros and I hope future games adress this

1:28 Am I the only one who feels the resemblance of this part with Zelda Twilight Princess - battle music ?
I love both games

the only thing i was remembering during this fight was:
LET'S DO THIS!
"Go into the sky"

GO! DRAGON DIVE!
All the mob dies, Weissman lose more than 10000 hp. Easy fight
