Hey Syd!

I’ve got a fun idea for an occult dorm/high school/village build for The Sims 4 that I’d love to see you bring to life! Each occult type could have their own unique space tailored to their needs. Here’s a rough sketch of the concept:

Mermaid Area 🌊
For the mermaids, maybe they could have a secret water hallway only they can access, leading to their quarters and classrooms. It could look like a crystal-clear underground river or lagoon area, where they can hang out and feel at home. Maybe even add a private pool or some underwater lounge spots!

Werewolf Zone 🐺
The werewolf side could be filled with elements that let them safely express their wilder side. They could have access to a forest or natural, open outdoor space where they can roam freely, with calming areas that help manage their anger—maybe some meditation spots or a punching bag in a rustic gym.

Spellcasters’ Realm 🪄
For the spellcasters, maybe a tower filled with shelves of spell books, cauldrons, and an alchemy lab? Adding a garden with magical plants and herbs would make it feel like they’re always experimenting and growing new ingredients. Maybe each has a small station to practice their magic in private too.

Vampire Lair 🧛‍♂️
Vampires might love a gothic, dark aesthetic, with secret passageways leading to cozy yet dramatic rooms. Blackout curtains or underground sections could protect them from sunlight, and maybe they could have a blood-themed lounge or crypt-themed hangout to fit their vibe.

Ghost Hangout 👻
If you could add something for ghosts, that’d be awesome! A haunted room with floating furniture or a séance table where they can communicate with others would be super cool. Perhaps even a graveyard nearby where they feel most at peace?
