One vote away from ending democracy... From a council who were not themselves elected.

The advantage of real democracy is the ability to criticize the government with impunity. And this is very good. In Russia, criticizing Putin is punishable by 20 years in prison. Trump wants to repeat Putin’s experience and build a Russian model in the United States.

Are we just gonna forget that Alito said he doesn't want to discuss the facts in this case?

That this argument is even made before the Supreme Court is an embarrassment to the constitution and to our country"- Judge Luttig

I don't have any confidence in SCOTUS and neither should the American public.

Just to be clear, any Trump appointee on this court should absolutely recuse themselves. To sit in judgement of the very person who appointed you is the definition of conflict of interests.

I knew the supreme court was up to no good the moment they agreed to hear this case. God help us all. Please vote 💙🇺🇲💙

"One Vote Away" should be our new campaign slogan. Because it's true. And it fits on a hat.

Swing vote? Are you kidding! This is so obvious an issue. How can Supreme Court justices be so intellectually dull and stupid?

Heartbreaking for your country that this is even a question. Loading the supreme court with such corruption is so alarming.

Again, I have to say that Allito seems to have no confidence in the judicial system by his hypothetical…being criminally prosecuted is not possible without a crime. Am I the only one hearing this? We watched the whole process these past 2 years. Prosecutors must provide evidence OF A CRIME to a grand jury, who must recommend indictment OF A CRIME. No crime, no possibility of prosecution. So all future Presidents need not fear prosecution, and therefore seek to stay in office by NOT COMMITTING CRIMES. Right?!?

Why the Trump-friendly appointed SCOTUS judges did not recuse themselves?!
