Thank you for this video. Great lesson. I have small hands and other videos trying to teach Hendrix's style never take into account those of us who can't utilize our thumb. Your lesson is perfect. A lot of stuff for me to work on, but I'm looking forward to it. I already see my toughest challenge will be the hamming and pull-offs. I always have a difficult time with them.

Wind Cries Mary to the Beatles' Don't Let Me Down. Lennon lifted that lick, lol. One of the biggest changes in my playing over the years is the incorporation of Hendrix's rhythm licks the double stop pull offs ans such. Wish I had Jimi's hands, too.

Thanks dude, I have wide stubby hands so I can spread a big distance on the frets but I don’t have the circumference from thumb to index finger for playing with thumb over the neck for anything other than muting the low e

Just discovered your channel. This is a subject that you might be able to give me some input on. Yes, I have fairly large hands and I can wrap the guitar neck, but I'm limited because I had an accident with my pinky finger leaving it so I can only use it for some high E and B string notes. Any idea how you would approach this problem? Thanks you and I just subscribed to you.👍
