You don’t need to go to Poland anymore! You have all you need in this factory! What a treasure trove!

The slate is what's left from a pool table I believe the green color is from the felt. Keep up the good work

Using an old car Jack to remove posts works well. Look at all your treasures. Can’t wait for the finished projects.

Hay caramba! What an adventure! For a non technical person you are very resourceful. Only an artist will think about flower pots and lamps while the building is leaking and insecure. Can you generate income renting your yard for parking storage? Do not get hurt!

Hey Chris that's a nice drawer that you found in the cage if you have an old crappy table somewhere in the building you can just take the legs off and use that for the legs

Black slate tables with standoffs and glass over the electrical components would be bad ass looking to see all that thru the tabletop

I cannot tell you how happy I am to see you working with someone, especially when you’re climbing to reach stuff at the ceiling level or dropping heavy items like that radiator. I hate the thought of you being alone and something happening and no one being there to help you.

It would be a good venue for graduation or retirement parties.

Not the first time I've seen stone backing for electrical panels. I went to Biltmore Estate in NC, and the main panel was on marble with all the knife switches marked by room - beautiful work.

Since you plan to use the radiator for a bar, might I suggest using these panels as the top of said bar? You can fill in the holes with tinted epoxy. Just make sure you put it exactly where you want it the first time, because ain't nobody moving it's in position!

Seeing the flathead screws....modern flathead screwdrivers don't always fit tight with the slots in the pre 1900 to 1930s screws. If you come across old antique screwdrivers that are still in good shape, you may want to keep them. It will make disassembly much, much easier.
