The wire hanger is a really good idea. I'm going to download your video.
I like to blow up my balloons tight, I guess 90+%. The 9" ones are really hard to knot. The 11's are not too hard, and the 17" tuxfex don't seem to be difficult to tie a knot when they are full.
During the times that you want to blow them up until they pop (b2p), it's nice not to have to knot them at all; but you do have a lot of shreds to vacuum up later!
For sit popping, I try to blow them a little less full, to add to the bounciness to pop.
