Kansas City police engage in a pursuit of a car that the driver claims is 'unlegal'. They successfully detain an armed man with outstanding warrants, despite his resistance. Additionally, the officers provide assistance to two individuals who are trying to remove a truck from a ravine. Unfortunately, during their efforts, the officers themselves get stuck as well.

I lived in KC, MO from 1999-2006 and the cops there were pretty forgiving as long as you didn't get on their radar. They did pull anyone for speed hardly, and I have watched cops let people leave Arrowhead, Royals stadium drunk as could be. But man if you did something serious and they knew you they could be brutal.
