Crime increased considerably after humanist Sup Crt eliminated brief non denom prayer and Bible reading in pub schools, schools slacked enforcing order for fear of law suits by minorities, Pres Reagan eliminated funding mental institutions, and Pres LBJ War on Poverty made it pos for mothers to receive more support money, if the fathers left home. Fatherless home resulted in increase serious juvenile crime.
