To people who play gta: i did call 911 a few times and one time at ammunation, they stopped out fromt, a black guy got too close and they shot bis ass then left after looking at his body. The second time was i think to call em so a friend would get the cops by accidentally running into them, there was a hispanic or indian older woman....they rinsed her because she ran into the cops trying to drive over me while i was standing on the sidewalk(this was after import n export so the npcs were ultra aggressive at this point and she straight up tried ramming me while i was standjng still)

I am not sure considering as it is almost a 17 year old game but in GTA 4, playboy X also mentions about some freak parties or something like that when we do his first mission. He keeps on mentioning it later but not that direct or often.
