I did it in a bone stock Camry. You can do it in anything. 🎉

I have BMW e36 compact 318ti. Its enough but at higher speed there was lack of power so i added Garrett GT35R turbocharger so it makes 200hp instead of 140hp. Then i just added hydro, Sparco drift rims, cheap body kit, Sparco steering wheel, angle kit, Sparco bucket seats, lsd conversion kit, better clutch, strut bar

Honestly the hydraulic e brake is a game changer after your used to the car and start to slowly add mods and dial in your setup until it’s where you want it .

305s in the back sounds counterproductive go get some nice 185s

Top 3 inital mods to your drift missile:
- hydro (best to add a second caliper)
- seat so you don't swing around the interior
- welded diff (the most obvious one)

For once i agree with this man, though you may need to get some cheap tires and suspension set up to ease the feel of Oversteer correction. Remember The Tougue was run by light and low horsepower cars

When I used to drift in 2000 I found a 1991 Miata for $2200. Changed the seats to Sparco Evo,
ordered a SR20 from Japan
installed
Nismo cams
ARC super Intake box and
88MM throttle body
full titanium exhaust
SSR Professor Spec B wheels
Veilside Body kit
JIC suspension
HKS FCon Pro
On the dyno we had 650 to the wheels on the track it became to much for what I wanted to achieve. Dialed it down to 480 hp and it worked great

Advice I would give is make the car reliable. Cooling system is a must. A lot of failures are the result of the cooling system

Get some junkyard tires just incase you run out of good tires or if anything goes wrong with your tires no such thing as to many tires

If I wanted to try drifting, I'd have to rebuild the front end, steering and rear axle of my pickup

I've heard a lot of back and forth on this advice, but does using a racing rig setup to a racing sim help even before drifting irl?

My only advice is get a bad car before a really expensive one so if you crash or scratches it you won’t be sad

Thats why I like drift burners. Just pick wheels off of a sporty car from the junkyard that fits and you will be fine.

All i need is 250Hp Rwd With A Nice angle and about 300 Hours of driving After that Only Tires and Visual parts because the 180Sx with the S13 front handles differently with other parts but after you have become used to the car and add parts youd have to get used to it again

why more than 500hp if you're just gonna drift 😐😐😐😐
