An Amazon keyboard ruined my video edit and I needed revenge.

Okay so this is a bit embarrassing, but I did in fact just lock the windows key on the Epomaker keyboard. The key does still work, but my point still stands, I've had a bunch of other issues with the keyboard. (Deleted video edit suffering intensifies)

It's not that the other keyboards are suspiciously cheap, it's more that the Corsair keyboard is suspiciously overpriced

The "catch" is that now OEMs are selling directly to consumers instead of going through terrible brand markup. The tradeoff is QC and support.

You probably have just clicked a button combination while testing it that simply locks the windows key 😅

7:11 You probably locked the windows key with fn+win, its not a keyboard issue
Edit: in fact i bet most of these issues are just caused by the keyboard changing sub-layouts

Keychron keyboards have been affordable quality keyboard for at least 5 years. Mine is still going strong, love it.

I've had a Magegee 60% keyboard for well over a year and although it isn't the most premium experience, it has been reliable and consistent all throughout. For context, I have had extensive use with the keyboard in both typing and gaming. I do miss the extra keys of a larger keyboard but that's my fault for buying a 60% keyboard.

In Australia, it was $30 on Amazon where I bought it and I can safely say that I am satisfied with my purchase.

One of the best keyboards i have ever owned is a $25 Koorui from amazon. Its fully hot swap, came with brown switches, is the same form as the k70, and has fully independent rgb per key and not just the basic single color zones like a lot of cheaper mechanical rgp keyboards have. it also has a good media button section and a volume wheel!

I've been using an RK Royal Kludge keyboard for a few years now and it works just fine.

its just too funny how you suffer with that corshair volume wheel, while i suffer with a janky razer volume wheel too 😂

I've been surprisingly impressed with Redragon's mechanical keyboard (K580) and their wired MMO mouse (M908) and on my work station the M801 mouse.

I once saw a flat membrane keyboard selling for 1000 dollars with 3 sold, then then the next day it drops to 14 dollars lol

I'm gonna be real, I own a Royal Kludge, the lavender 96% keyboard, and it's been nothing but wonderful. It's around the same price as the Epo Maker, maybe a bit more, but it's substantially high quality, nicer, and more reliable. RK also has standard hot swappable pcbs. The only thing I don't like about it is the crappy lcd screen that doesn't let you change the time or time zone on it. Honestly would suggest giving on of these a look, You might like it! And yes.. It did come with a cable.

I've been using and loving my K70 for over 3 years. I do not regret it. If the others are better, I highly recommend them. Speed silver switches when your hands are attacked by an autoimmune disease are amazing compared to typing on anything else. So much less pain.

I got really 'excited' when i saw the R75 keyboard on the thumbnail. I have been praying for days like these where my pookie tech youtuber Dawid reviews such gasket build keyboards. I currently have AE running in the bg and that can crash but damn i cant click away from the video now. The R75 truly is a keyboard which makes me ascend to heaven and gives me inner peace whenever i type on it. My friends upon seeing my purchase also got the same type keyboards. It has been 7 months im using the R75 keyboard and beleive me guys keyboard like these actually makes u better and efficient. Im so excited i wrote this comment even before the video started. Now im gonna go and watch my pookie talk about the love of my life, keyboards. <3
