Back in the days of WW2, the average price for a "Levittown" house was roughly $10, 000 on average!!

The Levittown I'm referencing is the one that's located in the suburbs just outside of Northeast Philadelphia!!

The infamous Levittown neighborhoods were built mainly for the influx of returning World War II veterans!!

So this means that if those soldiers that recovered the phone initially were to have been able to sell it for the roughly $250, 000 price tag that it fetched at that 2017 auction, then they would have been able to purchase approximately 25 modern Levittown homes at that time to split between the group of them!!!
