LIVE: UN Security Council meets on Gaza humanitarian crisis

The United Nations Security Council meets on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, at request of Britain and Switzerland after a senior official with the World Health Organization said Israel and Hamas agreed to three separate, zoned three-day pauses in fighting in Gaza to allow for the vaccination of some 640,000 children against polio.
