What hurts me most is that he passed away the day before my birthday that year.
I remember watching [as] that night and learning about his passing. It devastated me.
I always pay a tribute to him on the 26th for that reason.

The Godfather of Lo-Fi Hip-Hop deserves that respect. He was humble beyond belief too.
