Han’s last line in the saga is “I know.” To his son’s implied “I love you...” ... this movie is a mixed bag but that is my favorite thing in Star Wars ever..

“If you see our son, bring him home.”
And Han did just that

Grevious, out of literal nowhere: Ah, a fine addition to my collection. *jumps in after it*

As a person who lost his father, When Kylo said “Dad” and seemed like he was about to break down in tears, got me.

Adam Driver deserves an award just for the delivery of the word "Dad" in this scene.

Kylo’s “Dad...” definitely reminds me of the times I’ve struggled to tell my dad I love him. It’s not that I don’t love him but it’s just that we’ve never really said that to each other that much. I’ve said that a billion times to my mother but each time I’ve ever said that to my father it’s always been a serious moment when he’s told me that he was proud of me which always hit me much harder then I’d like to admit since I don’t hear that from him that often.

Ben: Dad...
Han: I know.

Me: HOW DO I CONTAIN THESE FEELS!?!?!?

The amount of weight behind "Dad." is insane. All of his regret, anger, grief, love, his "I'm sorry.", "I love you.", packed into that one word.

He had probably been playing that last conversation he had with Han before killing him over and over in his head. Great scene. Great character.

44 years old. I have my issues with prequels and Disney. When he said dad I said thank you for a Star Wars moment.

When people say the sequels are unsalvageable films, I look at beautiful scenes like these, perfectly shot, perfectly acted, perfectly scored, perfectly written, I mean you don’t have to like these films but you can’t deny they some incredibly beautiful scenes…

My father passed away a year ago. Hearing Ben say dad made me tear up

"Did you ever hear the tragedy of Kylo Ren?"
"No?"
"I thought not. He was the only character that actually developed in his trilogy."
"What happened to him?"
"The weight of trying to carry the other characters eventually killed him. Ironic isn't it. He was the only main character worth following, and he's the only one that died."

I did not like this movie.

But this is one of the most beautiful scenes in all of Star Wars.

The best scene in the entire film. It shows that Han did actually reach his son and brought him back to the light... it just took time... months, years.

Definitely the best scene in the entire sequel trilogy. Everything around Ben was done well, at least.

Adam Driver is literally the only reason to watch the sequels

The moment when Ben says dad and Han says I know brought tears to my eyes conveying so much emotion yet saying so little 😢.

1:32 The main difference between him and his grandfather. Ben admitted he knows he has to sacrifice himself to save the last one he loves. Anakin couldn't bare to even consider or even let it enter his mind. It's the only thing that really makes me like this character: he developed.
