2019 update: In february they shut down the old DVB-T, now they are broadcasting DVB-T2 with h.265/HEVC encoding.
This video demonstrates how to install one of those so called RTL-SDR USB dongles, but this time it gets used for it's intended purpose of watching DVB-T TV, listening to DAB and FM radio.

My country use DVB2 to broadcast TV signal. It works on the city but rural location must use C-Band Sattlelite.
