Seems like an overly strong emphasis on baptism. He mentions baptism probably 3 times more than faith alone in Christ alone - which is the way of salvation! Baptism doesn't save you so why harp on it so much?

I wish you well, Pastor, but Lutheranism is in dire trouble throughout the world. It's one interpretation among thousands, so that is why it will fail.

So, why is it the Lutheren church is allowing the gay crowd to leave over and over the same way they came in?  If you are not preaching to live an overcoming lifestyle where the flesh is crucified and sin is not practiced you are decieved.  It sounds like you are gay affirming sin affirming.  Remember the difference between a out of the closet gay and an in secret adulterer in the church is the gay openly admits that he is a person who practices sin..  If you affirm this, you are inline for God to chop you down. Or worse, let you believe that you are not a practicing sinner until the last day.  And then assign you your eternal home.  Just read your bible cover to cover, it's all there.  Practicing sin will land you in hell teaching that it is ok to sin while saying you are a follower of Christ is just foolish.  Don't play with fire, I've watched this movement from the episcopal church, the southern bapts, the presbyterians etc etc.  Wake up to the Word before it's to late.
