The Broadcom ASIC custom chip narrative put the biggest cloud over Nvidia. Just the perception of an Nvidia alternative for hyperscalers limits it's stock price. Nobody knows exactly how many inferior cheap custom chips have replaced Blackwell orders. 
Especially after: 
1)Microsoft claimed they are no longer chip constrained but power constrained and; 
2)Broadcom claims they are "working" with hyperscalers on custom ASIC chips.
That Broadcom alternative narrative has crept into the analyst lexicon and held Nvidia back under $150.
