How To Do A Backflip For Your FIRST TIME - NO FEAR!
How to do a backflip for your first time without being scared this is all the tips I can think of to do a backflip with no fear and do a backflip without being scared for your first time so it's tie right into the video so first of all you're going to practice a backwards somersault just to warm up okay once you can do that you're going to practice tuck jumps which are just jumping up and tucking your knees to your chest once you can do that try a backflip on a swing or on a pull-up bar just like shown in the video if you can do those and you can do a standing backflip on the trampoline and a mattress you're ready to bring it on a mat or on grass start with doing it down a hill or start with somebody spotting you somebody who knows what they're doing and knows how to make you do the backflip and that's pretty much a couple tips that I can give you to do a backflip without being scared for your first time without any fear I really appreciate you watching this video hope you guys enjoyed it and quick link below to purchase our backflip ebook I'll talk to you later God bless have a great day subscribe and hit the notification Bell for more videos
