How to Remove Swirl Marks on a Black Car with Meguiar's Ultimate Compound

In this video, I'm going to show you how to remove swirl marks on a car paint surface, especially a black paint, using Meguiar's Ultimate Compound. I will use rotary polisher as the main tool.
Swirl marks were usually obtained by incorrect washing technique and are most obvious on a black painted car.

To remove the swirl marks, I'm using a rotary polishing machine with a foam pad, and meguiar's Ultimate Compound as the polish.

I went to this body shop and they told me that I need a new paint job cause it has been polished to many times
But I did those swirl.marks by not washing it correctly
Do I really need a new paint job??

Does this permanently remove the swirl marks? Meaning if swirl marks are visible, it is new swirl marks.
