Maori Lesson - Kiwi Pie - Kiwifying desserts

"Kiwi" is used in the English language to represent three beautiful things: 1) a delicious New Zealand fruit, 2) an eccentric bird, and 3) a native of the islands of New Zealand.
In this episode we will go to New Zealand with Brent Stathdee-Pehi who will teach us a little of the indigenous Austronesian language of the islands. Then Chef Jackson will teach us how to glaze kiwis on a pie. You cannot miss this episode.

Hi! So glad I found your channel. I noticed your comments a lot on the Tasty cooking channel and I couldn’t help but check out your page considering i am a Filipino American and I noticed Your avatar had Filipino colors. Although my mother is from Cebu we have never been there to visit and we live in the states. I hope to go one day real soon. Any recommendations on Beginner basics for a new cook like myself? I’m not sure if there is beginner basic meals or is there another foundation of beginner basics I should be concerned about first when it comes to cooking tips?
