Patrick used to work for Brian's pies (Better Quality Pies) on Tarewa Road. My dad did the signs for him, and we got free pies when we were young 😋
Then Brian sold the business to Patrick, and Patrick moved closer to Tauranga and perfected the recipes to what it is now 😊
Well done for being recognised around the world Pat ❤
I think Brian moved to New York and started a business... so if you see meat pies in New York, that's the closest to Patrick's without flying over to New Zealand
