The no excuses motivational speech women tell each other needs to stop. That puts so much pressure on new moms. Breast feeding every two to three hours is stressful enough without other new moms basically saying to not be lazy. I found the speeches in here a bit condescending. Why not say “try this while breastfeeding if you’re struggling with finding some extra time, maybe this can help with that.” With that said, the work out went by fast and I enjoyed these exercises, especially the heel tap, so thank you for posting this for free.

Great Workout Ramona! However, I would like to mention that the breathing pattern is just opposite in Cat Cow pose.

This was great for me. I have a diastasis recti or abdominal separation since my last by was born over three and a half years ago. I am trying to heal that separation, and have been looking for more workouts that I can do with it. I had to modify the table top exercise by having my feet on the floor and lifting and lowering one leg at a time, because having my feet in the air pooched out my abs. Thank you for the workout.
