Slow muscle ups on rings

After one month of working on rings I finally got how to do muscle ups. It was not so hard as I used to think.
First I've tried to do muscle ups mechanically moving as fast as I can, but I failed every time. Next I noticed that I can do muscle ups one hand after another, and when I'd get used to it I've find strength, no more give ups, that's how I've made it.
As for me slow muscle ups really easier than fast ones.
At least till I learn muscle up on rings technique.
Ok, now let me give you little piece of advice.
The basic rule for muscle ups on rings is a false grip.
You should hang not with regular grip with fingers, but with false grip on your wrist. This video is a guide how to do muscle ups on rings.
