Thank you guys for the excellent reviews! South Utah looks gorgeous. I and my wife both have Ride1UP Prodigy v1 and we go almost everywhere with those bikes - work, grocery shopping, library, daycare, recreational biking and so on. Our car just stays in the garage. We put over 400 miles on each bike in less than 2 months. We love our electric bikes. They improved our quality of life immensely.

1. Why do (Mid-Motor) ebike cost so much when a Chinese Bafang DIY can be have around $400. (2) why is there no pre-built Bafang ebikes? Not everyone want to spend $3000 for a Bosche motor, not everyone needs an expensive mtb component. Most of us are Commuters seeking an affordable Mid-Drive with good range to commute to work

Fun episode! I like you you are doing some additional videos, not just reviews. How about a discussion on the quietest e-bikes? For people who aren't necessarily looking for the most power, but just want quiet cruising.

You guys are great with such comprehensive reviews- love it. Y’all convinced me on which bike I want for my 60th bday- Aventon Adventure2!! Like the tariff talks how they may affect e-bike industries too. Y’all are great

I'm adding this comment to every ebike channel I'm subscribed to. I ordered a GS ST Oct 12th, canceled order Oct 13th, didn't hear anything from there customer service till Oct 15th, our email down they say. Too late bike shipped! Received bike Oct 19th Via FedEx. Wow. that fast ?!! More emails to there Customer service, finally days later receive email saying they want 30 percent restocking fee plus I pay shipping Via FedEx for $198.00. Thats $588.00 to return a bike I cancelled 24 hours after ordering . I'm 72 years old, living in Florida and cleaning up after 2 hurricanes, don't need this now. Buyer Beware.
Thanks F. Painter

Do you think the multiple vendors that have extra battery included are coming from the fact that the industry is moving to potted cells or is it just mimicking other offers so as to not lose market share or a bit of both❓ Is everybody running their order for batteries out as they head toward the next order they’re going to place for the potted cells. 26:02

Video suggestion: budget e-bike shootout. I have mentioned it before, but I honestly cannot find a better price vs. performance than the Concord 27.5 from Walmart. I know big box stores are not always the best option for the bike industry. That said, I feel like there are a lot of e-bike deserts (places where no bike/e-bike shops exist) out there. Whereas a person could order a bike from their local Walmart and pick it up in-store. I really want to see what you guys think of it. I have pointed everyone who has inquired about an e-bike towards the Concord 27.5 as a starter e-bike. For those with the extra coin, it's any ride1up with a brose motor for certain.

I have a friend who's interested in an ebike, but we haven't been able to find one big enough. Most of them seem to be for riders up to 6ft 4. We're looking more 6ft 10. Any suggestions?

Hello! Im looking for a cheap e-bike for less than 1000 dollars, specifically fat e-bikes but i know that is way too much to ask for that price. I saw the Duotts C29 and F26 for around that price but some customers say its a horrible company with horrible shipping so, i need to ask wich bike do you recommemd me to buy? Also I'm in South America.

Whats up with the deep Yamaha sales? Possibly clearing out inventory for a product line refresh?

I saw recently on another channel lithium-ion batteries dropped to under $62/kWh from $139/kWh (2023).

Can we expect this material cost reduction to be reflected in ebike battery pack prices?

I don’t expect a $500 pack to drop to $250, but it’d be great to see it drop to around $350-400.

Which e-bike brands are easiest, and/or most difficult to find a repair shop to work on them? Are there brands to avoid because no one can work on them, or are they pretty universal to bike repair guys?
