Here's a full bodyweight routine to increase durability from the "core". Core being muscles that stabilize the spine and control the pelvis. This is way more than just some crunches.

This is a great routine to help surfers strengthen areas that are prone to injury.

Hey this is a mine of gold. Thanks Cris. My dream is to surf at 90 and I'm 61. I live in Central Canada but I have a surfer cousin who lives in California. Everything is possible if I see it. And with good workout like yours I can achieve.

Thanks for the video Chris, love your stuff. I am feeling the first clam exercise a lot in my glutes, is that the intended work area as well as core? Cheers
