Good.. The Judge isn’t worried about protecting the defendants civil rights if she admitted to trying to help the state clean up their mess.

The judge wants to “fix the sloppiness” of the prosecutors. So if the defense makes a mistake, she will fix it for them? Thats not her job. The prosecution didn’t make a mistake. It was deliberate. They got the prohibited evidence to the jury. That was the plan.

Why doesn't the judge take a seat at the prosecutor's table? It's time for a dismissal with prejudice. It's over.

I have been following this trail since the start. It was always obvious that the process was seriously flawed. It should not have been allowed to get to this point.

Since the case started it has been over 45 mistrial requests in this case. It’s sad that it’s taking this many motions for mistrial to finally be heard

The judge needs to be removed. I said it last week when MT was sentenced. We are watching Rico happen live. For the world to see. Not the defendants but people of authority doing it.

End this farce of a trial. The prosecution provoked this and should have mistrial with prejudice.

As a member of the law-enforcement community, the prosecutors in this case have behaved so poorly ethically and morally that I’m embarrassed we are under the “law enforcement umbrella” together! 🤦🏻‍♂️😡🤦🏻‍♂️

This case has cost millions. There are hundreds of people sitting in Rice St (a place that sounds worse than jail should be, and jail is pretty bad already) waiting for their turn to be heard but can’t because of how much time this is taking. The state clearly put the cart before the horse by not having a more thorough grasp on the case before indicting. There are violent criminals who took pleas that walk free. I have not heard one thing that would have me think that Jeffrey Williams did anything to earn that seat in the courtroom.
I could keep going but I don’t understand why the egos are so inflated that no one who has the power is willing to admit this is a horrible trial. I can’t imagine being innocent and sitting through this. And we are supposed assume that all these men are innocent. What a nightmare.
