This song fits Dabi so well, I love Dabi he is my favorite villain but the pain he went through is unbearable to watch his mom’s eyes you could tell she was shocked he survived his dad was scared you could tell by his eyes that trembled he said he searched everywhere for Dabi yet he was right there standing in front of him

I love the instrumental part on 1:24 when Dabi performs Prominence Burn & 2:39 where they show his parents asking them to look at him. This Fantastic job on this AMV 😈🔥

lets be real here, Dabi's backstory is second to Tenko Shimura's and no one else's. Aka pretty freaking depressing/traumatic. But, Dabi actually has some sense in what he does, Shiggy just kills people for power because AFO promised it to him, Dabi's kills come from having the need to get back at his father, which, lets not forget shoto almost went down that road.

If i'm completely honest, going through Tenko's backstory VS Touya's, Tenko's is more depressing in the moment, but Touya's is traumatic from the day his father stopped training him because his quirk was hurting him, to the day he turned sixteen. Thinking back on it, Touya "died" at thirteen, was in a coma for at least three years, and when he woke up he was sixteen. He was being held in a place that's described as some weird nursery for kids that think it's their home. Touya isn't allowed out, so he burns the place to the ground and runs back home, only to find that his father's already replaced him with his little brother. Ergo, his story is probably ten times more traumatic than Tenko's. Obviously Tenko's story made me cry because it was just depressing. I kind of level these two backstories as the same sometimes, because if you really think about it, they were in almost the exact living situation. Big fancy house, crappy dad, they both had a sibling they could rely on to talk to, and they both ran away and became villains, but under different influences (AFO and Stain).

Sorry if this is weird ya'll, Dabi's my favorite character, so i do my research on him 😅
Also there's a lot of holes in Dabi's story because i was too lazy to go into detail and i don't think it's necessary for the point i'm trying to make.
