My sister went through the same thing, her baby needed an oxygen tank four a couple months but now she’s doing super well and healthy! Don’t worry, the first couple weeks can be rough but it all works out in the end: )

usually wouldn’t open up like this on the internet but i personally relate to this on an extreme level.

I was born premature and my heart was also not fully developed, a valve that was not supposed to be open was and i had to have open heart surgery at i believe 2 months old. that leaded me to have only one working vocal cord and i had to be in the hospital for the first 3 months of my life. i am now almost 18 years old, my family i believe did not think i was going to make it but i did… i truly feel for you and i believe your niece will be a warrior like i was and still am. your content has helped me a lot through my mental health issues and i’ve always had a good laugh when i didn’t think i could while watching your videos, keep your head up and i you and your family are so strong especially your sister and niece. proud of you for realizing and taking action to talk to someone when you need it.❤

This is so raw, you’ve let us in on your life and it makes us love you and appreciate you more . My little girl had open heart surgery too at 1 week old and it’s such a tough time . My nana passed away 4 weeks ago. My mum has terminal lung cancer and had a plural effusion drain put in last week to take pressure off her lung. She was on life support last November. My daughter is 15 and seen so much yet been a total rock. Like you I always turn to my mum when down. It's been so hard to try be the pillar for everyone. Mum couldn't even go to nans funeral she was that sick. Worrying for someone you genuinely love is hard. It's hard to keep strong. You're an amazing uncle, brother, father, husband and son. Be proud of you because we all are x
