I'm confused because when you look at the bridge, something that isn't moving, and then back at the plane, it still looks like the plane is above the bridge

From what i see, it looks like it's moving in the direction of the other plane but even then the front of the plane doesn't face them

It is standing still in the sky. Its no illusion... the airspeed is so high that the plane has the right air speed but not any ground speed.
