I don’t think men should feel embarrassed about getting a hair transplant. I had one and I told people I was going to do it. Going bald for most men can really suck and in some cases cause depression. So if you can fix it, why not. Who cares if people know. Some men don’t mind going bald and some look really good bald. I look at it like this. If you had a very nice rug that you cherished on your living room floor but after yeas it started to wear and thin to the point you could see the floor. You can either remove it and expose the floor or you can have it restored. Do what makes you feel good. Life is too short. Be happy.

David Beckham & Gordon Ramsey -
Same transplant doctor I’d say.
Seeing as they’re friends & their hair restoration work looks similar in style. ✌🏽

He had his hair transplant in 2018. I've commented on various videos over the years. I worked with him on a commercial in Jan 2019 and saw the FUE marks on his head. I don't even know why this even still being debated. There are loads of pics online that have been posted for a number of years now that prove outright that he's had his hairline done. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have a video idea for you, I have noticed that Johnny Depp's hairline has changed over the years and he may also have had a hair trasplant that looks very natural. You can make a video analyzing if he has done one or not

Yeah I remember seeing your last video being so confused because I thought for years that he must have had a hair transplant at some point. Thank you for explaining as always with great knowledge!

A lot of male celebs have it; Tom Hanks, Matt Damon, Alan Ritchson, Justin Bieber, Johnny Depp and many more. It would be great if they could be transparent about it.

The editing with your expectations are so clear, and makes it even easier to understand. Thanks.

Dr. Gary, what a keen eye you have. A true expert. And you're so kind with your commentaries regarding the legendary Beckham.

Honestly at this point, just agree gracefully and accept your natural hair genetics. Going to such extreme lengths to maintain your youth (aesthetically) seems a slippery slope.

If some of the transplanted donor hairs are grey, will they remain grey? Likewise, can transplanted hairs turn grey over time - if so is it at the same rate as non-transplanted hairs? Can this cause aesthetic issues over time? Thank you.

I think a couple of those "photos" were AI images.

NIce one Gary! The photo from 6:47 was the one when I knew it must have been a transplant. But I also was not sure about his transplant for a very long time tbh

I'm 37, female, Euro-Asian with straight dark brown hair. Widows peak was prominent when I was younger but it's kinda disappearing, and my overall hairline is receding (yay) but this video made me look in the mirror - I still have 'baby' hairs that are like soft short hairs growing anteriorly despite my hair being tied back.. and it creates that rounded appearance to my peaks. If I pull them back, different story, hello scalp lol.

Beckham has the Mickey Mouse hair and the Mickey Mouse voice to go with it

Brandon Flowers had a transplant. He went short crop similar to Beckham in 2008 then became shaggy as he wears today.

Finasteride only inhibits type-2 5ar, which is primarily found in the prostate. Not to say that topical application is useless, just that the effects will be systemic, so you may as well just take a tablet. Dutasteride inhibits both type-1 and type-2 5ar, with type-1 having a higher prevalence in the scalp, so makes for a slightly better topical solution with a more localised effect. Then there's ketoconazole, which directly binds androgen receptors in the scalp and has low systemic absorption when applied topically, making it the superior conservative (topical) intervention

Both David and Victoria Beckham have had plenty of ‘work’ done. However, it’s very well done, despite them both looking a bit ‘cushiony’ in the face of late. They are beautiful people.

What caught my attention was that he had a lot of hair and darker on the top than what I remember from when he was younger. Had he left it more blonder I don’t it would have been so noticeable
