And after they heard word grevious was eliminated by obi-wan who was on his way back to Coruscant with Cody, they all went to Coruscant to meet up with Anakin to surprise greet the hero, just as Ahsoka, Rex, and Jessee returned from Mandalore with Maul in custody, and were shocked to all hear from Anakin who just found out that Palpatine was the sith lord and waited until his friends got back before saying anything in order to have Palpatine let his guard down to give them the best chance when confronting him. So they all teamed up with Anakin taking the lead to take down Palpatine, since they were the only ones he trusted because they weren't dicks to him, (unlike the jedi council). After that Ahsoka was allowed to return as a knight and Anakin was granted the rank of master and was finally able to fulfill his goals in the Jedi archive. Rex felt satisfaction in avenging 5's and along with Cody, Anakin, and Shaak-Ti lead the investigation into all involvement with the inhibitor chips and made sure they were removed from all clones before anyone else could activate them preventing a potential genocide on the Jedi and the Kaminoans involved in the conspiracy were arrested and sentenced to life in prison. Afterwards Anakin, Obi-wan, and Ahsoka left the Jedi order because they realized they were all just kissing ass at the time and for public appearances and realized they didn't need them since the Master's on the Jedi council were basically inept and useless. the group was even more shocked to soon learn after that anakin was leaving the jedi in order to raise his family with Padme and were offered official security and delegation positions on Alderaan and could be like the kids Aunt and uncle's, where they were able to teach little Luke and Leia how to fight, strategize, and take charge and saw them grow up to be central leaders in The republic and new jedi order with Leia as the new Chancelor and Luke as the Grand Master with Obi-Wan and Ahsoka on the council as his advisors. And they all lived happily ever after.
(Except for Windu, who tripped on his own robe, causing him to slip and fall on his own lightsaber two weeks later.)
