I do get where Steve is coming from. In the 40’s if you were sickly you were basically shunned by everyone and bring into nerd stuff like comics just added to the misery and that’s when you were a kid, bring a grown man into comics in the 40’s with a weak body would’ve been torture.

Moments like these really remind me that spider-man is the package deal of superheroes. The righteousness on par with the likes of Superman and Captain America, the comedic and charsmatic charm of deadpool and nightwing, the dark and vengeful side of Batman and Punisher when he's in his venom suit, and the down to earth personality and daily problems that almost everyone can relate to. Love these stories!
