Assetto Corsa has that grainier and darker look which represents the real life onboard cameras better, as well as realistic laser scanned tracks, but I like the more alive and bright look as well as the sound on F1 22.

F1 22 is a total shit comparing to very old Assetto Corsa simulator. They even did not make the same kerbs, like in real life. Assetto Corsa is very close to reality.

F1 22 has eye perspective colors and assetto has the on board cam colors, but both have the virtual realism down equally.
