My long term purpose in a years long survival situation would definitely be starting a survival covenant. Maybe I won't start out trusting anyone, but the goal is to get society back to the point at which we can.

Learning to trust can be VERY hard. But you're right, you can't go it alone. We have a few close friends at church, and those are the people I would seek out. The Lord is with me, and I am SO grateful!

I have 5 children and me and my wife, they think I’m joking when I say one of these days there not going to be Starbucks or McDonald’s. We didn't go through a war but our island went through 2 category 5 hurricane in a span of two weeks that left us without power, water and communication between 6 to 1 1/2 years depending on which part of the island you lived. Many cities were completely uncommunicated, bridges and roads totally destroyed.

I've been watching this channel for a few years now. I've learned how to make ACV, plant sweet potatoes, make cheese from powdered milk, & how to use a brake bleeder as a can sealer lol. All of it has been helpful in my daily life, but it's also practical in the event of hardship.
