I am 62, disabled, nearly blind and live alone in a tiny flat. I worked full-time and paid taxes for 40 years. The government gives me £295 to live on a month. Haven't been able to afford electricity since June 2023 and rely on a relative to bring me food a few times month. I am always hungry. People like me aren't able to "stockpile". Those despicable morons masquerading as MPs interfere in the business of other countries inciting possible military retaliation instead of dealing with the interests and safety of British citizens.
