Nice set up .... use that balcony for parts and other supply stuff, you could make a bunch of shelves and bins.. just my thoughts.. lol keep making those videos..

Keep the balcony. Down size it if anything. Move your shelfs up there. Makes a nice place to tuck the table when not in use.
