For people who's can't figure out how to get the form posted to your website after it's developed (like me). You have to insert the shortcode of your form into a shortcode block on a site page. There's a small box on the right side of the form screen that has the shortcode in it to copy and paste into a shortcode block. Once you publish, you'll see the form page on your site. You can't preview it before

you just showed how to set up a form not a membership page. With UM you need to create a login page, logout page, user page, registration page and also password reset and passwort change options so... this is like 1/10 of how to set up a membership page with this plugin

I need to have something that is like a memebersarea where people that joins the membership can see all members. new members with their names and profile like a grid or list .. is there anyone you know that does this? Absolute rubbish. First mistake - using incompatible plugin. You want your website to be hacked? 2nd, you're saying just the form becomes membership site?
