Slice radishes into REALLY thin half moons, soak in lime juice, salt and pepper. Do this at the beginning of cooking dinner and leave in the fridge. Use as a garnish. Great on top of salads, tacos, quesadillas, etc. Very fresh and cooling as a garnish for warmer or richer dishes. Goes excellent next to creme fraîche or crema when that is uses as a sauce, too!

You, mom, and Russell! Who could ask for more? Laura - thanks to you I repaired my drip line (1/2", 12' spacing) my self instead of calling the guy who charged me $60 to insert a straight coupler when my line kinked beyond belief and couldn't be straightened! Kudos to you!

Every year, there is something so special about planting your first spring crops!! I wait patiently every year and the first time I do it, it always feels like I missed my garden so much! 😍😍😍 houseplants and seed starting is fun, but there is something about being outside with my hands in my raised beds and pots. Just something.
