I love white pine needle tea. Loaded with medicinal properties. Pine needles also contain suramin and shikimic acid. pHARMa uses this in their product called Tamiflu. Our HEAVENLY Father gave us medicines! Sirach 38:4. Read it.

A good way to identify a (poisonus) Ponderosa pine is to break off a piece of its bark. If it smells like butterscotch, that's a Ponderosa Pine! 😃

Hi you also have to be mindful not to overharvest as this can kill the Tree... be mindful not to take too much Resin Bark etc the removal of BARK CAN KILL THE TREE as this is for the Tree's survival and We LOVE OUR TREES 🌲💚🌲🌲 We ALWAYS MUST BE MINDFUL OF OUR IMPACT
