I'm currently in Jakarta, ostensibly a developing nation. I've had my temperature taken at least a dozen times today. Every mall, every Starbucks, every McDonald's even my hotel. 100% screening to enter every airport terminal. It's not even that complicated. Takes about 5 seconds.
