My husband and I were just in the Alps of Austria. We saw field after field of Edelweiss. It was amazing. And as I watch this, the images bring back the memories of what it is like to be up in the high alps at a Gasthaus. The mountains are full of them and they are the way to experience the Alps. There are trails all over the mountains. And you found the top of the mountain that was featured in the end scene of the Sound of Music! Where is it?
