This looks like it would work great if you have the open space. I had transmission cooler lines within a half inch of mine. My tube was rusted through so I dropped the pan to change filter and fluid and remove and big rust pieces in there. With the pan off I could use a huge pin punch to drive the old tube out super easy. Then putting it in, I found that a 19mm open end wrench fit the diameter, I tied a thin strap into two loops, and a couple feet long. Ran one loop through a huge socket (nearly 3" socket) then ran strap through and then put other loop up by the dipstick tube, put open end wrench in the loop and fit to the top of the tube. I used the big socket to drive the open end wrench into the tube which drive it down into the transmission. It worked PERFECT and was super fast!!!

It just takes an oring, the oring is a $1.50 plus tax at the dealership, cheaper than most parts store for this oring. Its highly recommended to get the oring at the dealership, the ones at your bix store parts stores are made of a different material and wont last as long.
