A few months ago, about when this came out, the fig tree in our yard was cut down by our landlords. That tree had been there as long as I can remember, long before we moved into our house when I was two. I can remember standing by the stump of the tree and singing this song. It was like a funeral, but it was also like I was welcoming in a new life, because I have no doubt that that tree may grow back someday. Your music is always amazing and it reminds me of the beauty of the natural world!

I'm going to rant here; I feel like I'm the only person who actually draws the tailfeathers on human/bird hybrids, it's really annoying to see *only* the wings be used for flight, as the tailfeathers provide just the extra lift and steering help needed for accurate flight, they also tend to make the wings really small, which is *another* inaccuracy that annoys me to all heck, I mean look at really large birds, and look at the size of their wings! (The Condor is a prime example of this)

Look at bats, they have webbing in between their legs that provides extra lift, allowing them to more easily stay in the air.

So, seeing so many people drawing human/bird hybrids with that inaccuracy *constantly, like, all the time, * makes me want to shoot something.

*Don't even get me started on the feathers near the base of the wing being shrunk*
