I unlocked 4 sets of spells and it is 100% worth it, imo. 1 and 2 are just copies of the same color pattern I use for typical combat (so I can fire off everything, then swap and keep comboing), 3 is my curses + 1 utility or transform, and 4 is all utility. Makes the game so much faster then swapping things all the time. But I agree its a bit of a waste early on.

The most OP build though is the chinese chomping plant build. Get the herbology 3 trait from a bandit camp chest, put it on all your gear and get the talent that lets you drop 2 instead of 1 and just stand back and watch the little things melt enemies and bosses!!!

Curse an enemy with pain - DARK ARTS
Set them on fire and smash them repeatedly in to the ground - all good

Harry Potter rules are weird.

Maxima Potion (with the associated talent) will increase spell and ancient magic damage by 3x the amount.

Food for thought when you want to spam your ancient magic on trolls or bosses.

I like running ancient magic focus for more finishers since it's a free action and allows you to plan your next move. They all one shot anyway except for trolls

Just FYI, the Basic Cast Airborne Absorption has a low rate of return and likely isn't worth the talent point. I believe Evasion Absorption is similar. Can find the stats they actually give in other videos or online to see that there are better places to spend the points. Though, if build is made around Ancient Magic and you don't really need other talents then have at it.

I've been playing on hard since launch 41 hours in the game and never needed wants to have a weird build like this but hey at least he's not calling for stuff to get nurse like all the other videos nothing needs to get nerved in a solo player PVE game if anything buff the weak spells

alrighty firepsark community, how high of armor level are we seeing? so far ive found a chest with 112 and im in post game >.> im trying to get a gear set that is entirely maxed and wanting to know if im done farming or need to keep pushing

Pretty sure you can't upgrade Green gear, upgrade starts with Blue gear.

Wow! Even with an easy and straightforward RPG game you still need to do your "Ultimate", "The Most" and now "OP" guides? Staying relevant must be getting tougher I guess.🤦‍♂️
