my dad left before i was born. i would consider it a blessing. it increased my faith in God.. my mother always told me that i may not have my earthly father but i do have a Heavenly Father who loves me. my mother was also very structured and strict. ❤️ i still can empathize with everyone who feels otherwise.

0 fatherless would call it a blessing. It did make me tough from day 1 and resulted in me out working everyone in the Marine Corps, allowing me to walk from everywhere I went with awards. But I’d trade that drive 8 days a week to have known the love of parents as a child.

I’m doing it different for my kids. They’ll work hard but never struggle like me.

Absolutely no one will consider it to be a blessing. I grew up without my biological father, I'm 22 next year and I still think about why he left.

The greatest problem is lack of money when someone does not have a father figure. It is much harder when someone does not have parents with money to help them. To those who think that not having a father is a blessing… well, stop thinking nonsense.

Growing up without having a father
Is so sad
Ad I am in that condition for more than 15 years He went to job
He left me and my mom
also tho my mom too went with him and came back after 15 years
Till then I thought I haven't have parents Every one teased me
and I thought I wanted to die My life is worth nothing
There my grandparents came and said you are not An oprhan I have a family
A mom dad and A elder brother

A blessing because the type of person told me what type of person he was, curse because I still would have preferred him to be there, they’re a little more structured than me since he was active in their life (even for a short period)

So good. Listening to all of this speech, I really get to understand many things about my own life. It gives me a bit of perspective on having an absent father.

And yes, we all can free ourselves from the pain by understanding and embracing the fact that we are strong, independent and reliable adults. We can change Our story. We can be better, for ourselves, and for others.

Yeah growing up without a father definitely has its consequences for example… being an abusive partner, having attachment issues, and drinking problems… yeah this guy is just a phoney
