Roger, This is Brad McNew. I messaged you through YouTube a couple of times. I watched your video on the inferno cookies and told you I bought 2 bags. THEY CAME IN LAST I just wanted to share this "rookie-to-heat's" perspective. The heat was just as you told me, about like the bag of paqui ghost pepper chips (purchased at any circle k). I did what you did. I opened the bag and the first thing I caught wind if was the reaper. I then opened the cookie wrapper. Pepper smell was a little stronger. A friend of mine (complete novice to ANY heat) said it opened his sinuses right away. It is a wonderful chocolate chip cookie recipe without the Reaper / Scorpion peppers. The peppers added just the right flavorful touch in my opinion. The hottest things I've eaten so far are two / threefold. 1 - a whole bag of paqui ghost pepper chips. 2 - a whole bag of flaming hot Doritos, 3 - insane wings from Zaxby's. The insane sauce "clung to my tongue more than the heat from the cookie. IN about 20 minutes time the heat was gone. I LOVE these cookies. They will not be an everyday treat for me, just an every once in a while treat. God Bless you and Anna!!!

I love that sauce. I’m in Columbus Ohio and it’s the best I’ve ever had. I hate a strong vinegar taste and this one is full of good flavor
